How to Submit a Change of Address
Online Submission (Recommended):
- Visit the EOIR Respondent Access Portal:
https://respondentaccess.eoir.justice.gov/ - Log in using your Alien Registration Number (A-Number).
- Complete the “Change of Address/Contact Information” form online.
- Submit and save the confirmation details for your records.
Paper Submission:
- Download Form EOIR-33/IC from:
https://www.justice.gov/eoir/form-eoir-33-eoir-immigration-court-change-addresscontact-information - Fill out all fields, including your full name, A-Number, previous address and new address.
- Mail the form to your immigration court. Find your court’s address here:
https://www.justice.gov/eoir/eoir-immigration-court-listing - Use certified mail for proof of delivery.

- Timeliness: Submit your updated address within 5 business days of moving.
